After a new report has been filed, the staff will receive notification from Hotline. The staff will conduct investigations and post an initial response to the report.
If the details of your Hotline report are not specific, the investigation may be postponed or deferred. Please note that the submission of groundless allegations or simple gossip may not be processed or deleted in accordance with the company’s policies, without further notice.
When you submit your report, a “report key” will be created; keep your report key and password in a safe place. Should you desire to follow up on the status of your concern, simply reference this information.
Any forgotten report key/ passwords cannot be retrieved, reissued or reset.
