Diversification of communication channels with partner companies
HK inno.N has been making concerted efforts to establish business practices that promote growth of all involved in the supply chain and ensure transparency in transactions.
In addition to regular in-person interviews with those at partner companies, HK inno.N operates various communication channels throughout the year to remained tuned into the feedback from partner companies. Such policies have led to HK inno.N improving the payment structure for its suppliers and launching a campaign for “zero food waste” at the company’s on-site cafeteria.
