Compliance

A Quantum Leap in Business Growth for a Sustainable Future: CP Serves as the 'Tireless Heart' of HK inno.N as We Welcome the Year of the Fire Horse

The year 2026, which corresponds to 'the year of Byeong-o (丙午年)'—the Year of the Fire Horse symbolizing energetic passion and vital growth—is now upon us.
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere wishes for the health and happiness of our valued customers, shareholders, and the employees of our partner companies.
In an ever-changing global business landscape, HK inno.N remains steadfast in our commitment to fulfilling our legal and ethical obligations in all business practices, guided by our "CP No. 1 Management Philosophy."
Throughout 2025, we focused on advancing our Compliance Program (CP) systems and fostering a corporate culture of active engagement.
To build a foundation of trust and ensure fair, mutual growth with our stakeholders, we established an "Autonomous Dispute Resolution Council." We also made progress in embedding compliance awareness through the publication of "CP Zoom-in," which highlights legal precedents from the Fair Trade Commission. Furthermore, we held the "CP Creative Contest" to showcase our employees' innovative ideas, building a highly engaging corporate CP culture.
As we embark on 2026, we aim to gather diverse voices from across the entire organization to embed a robust and healthy CP culture.
We plan to further develop our CP capabilities through ongoing, specialized training for all employees. By refining our fair-trade risk management and communicating directly with those in the field, we will foster a CP culture shared by all stakeholders.
In Asian lore, the legendary steed known as the Red Hare can gallop a thousand miles without tiring, thanks to its powerful heart.
For HK inno.N, "CP" serves as that tireless heart.
No matter how swift a horse may be, it can never reach its true destination if it strays from the Right Path (Jeong-do).

With "fairness" as our reins and "compliance" as our horseshoes, HK inno.N will fulfill its social responsibilities as a company dedicated to transparent business practices, marching toward the future with confidence.
As CEO and Chief Compliance Officer, I pledge to lead by example, ensuring that we walk the path of ethical management without wavering.
As we enter the year 2026, let us take a powerful leap forward together, fueled by the unyielding spirit of the Fire Horse.
I ask for your continued support and encouragement on our journey.
Thank you.

Self-Compliance Manager
CEO

Kwak Dal-won

By establishing a robust CP system and practicing transparent communication, HK inno.N will lead the way as the trusted 'CP Standard' for the pharmaceutical industry.

Guided by our "CP No. 1 Management Philosophy", HK inno.N is building an industry-leading compliance system.
We are convinced that the integrity we pursue goes beyond mere regulatory compliance—it is a core competitive advantage that fosters trust across the entire pharmaceutical sector.
As we enter the year 2026, the pharmaceutical industry is at a major turning point, facing the challenge of an increasingly sophisticated compliance environment. For a prepared leader, these changes represent the ultimate opportunity to prove the value of our long-standing efforts and embedded values.
In preparation for leading the practice of fair trade in Korea, HK inno.N will focus on the following three strategic goals:
First, Advancing a Compliance Environment through a System of Fair Rewards and Sanctions
The true value of principles can only be implemented by execution without compromise or exceptions. Based on clear CP guidelines, HK inno.N’s system of rewards and sanctions will be developed with strict fairness, establishing unwavering standards for every business process. In this way, we will build a transparent management environment founded on the deep trust among stakeholders.
Second, Continuous and Specialized Education in line with Changes in the Industry
HK inno.N will be proactive in its compliance with increasingly sophisticated laws and regulations. We will bolster our training systems for proper alignment with key issues, including the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, the CSO Reporting System, and the 5th Revision of the Fair Competition Code for Pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, we will share these insights with our partner companies to practice the value of win-win growth.
Third, Establishing HK inno.N as a "Gold Standard for Trust in Internal and External Business Relationships" based on an Embedded CP Culture
Compliance forms an integral part of HK inno.N’s DNA. By diffusing the embedded corporate CP culture both internally and externally, we will consolidate our position as the "Gold Standard for Transparent Management" for our customers and the entire society.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your every step taken with HK inno.N is a step toward principles and the Right Way (Jeong-do).
As proven by our track records, we will spearhead the compliance campaign, leading the practice of fair trade in the Korean pharmaceutical industry.
Thank you.
