Implementation of self-regulatory prevention system

HK inno.N conducts risk assessment-focused activities to establish a self-regulatory prevention system, enabling employees to independently identify and mitigate risk factors, aiming for zero safety incidents. All members participate in activities to identify potential hazards, conducting risk assessments before and after implementing mitigation measures to evaluate their effectiveness and practicality. HK inno.N performs annual risk assessments every March and ensures that all identified measures requiring improvement are fully addressed by October of the same year. (2024: 158 cases, 2025: 105 cases)

This can lead to overload and fires Power consumption of each instrument was investigated. Only those within the standard for the multi-tab extension cords were allowed to connect to the tabs. Labels were attached to explicitly prohibit any additional instruments being connected to the extension cord 3 3 9 1 1 1
