Operational rules of the compliance program of HK inno.N *
Article 24 (Whistleblowing)
① All employees shall, upon becoming aware of their own violation or another employee's violation of these regulations, CP guidelines, codes of conduct, or Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, report the matter without delay to the CP Officer or CP Team through the following channels.

② The CP Officer and CP Team shall handle and process the received report by a whistleblower promptly and fairly in accordance with the following procedures:
1. Confirmation on the receipt of the report and initial review
2. Request for additional information as needed and fact-finding investigation
3. Determination of actions based on the results from the investigation (corrective actions, training, disciplinary sanctions, etc.)
4. Notification of results to the whistleblower (confidential notification if necessary) and follow-up management
③ The CP Officer and CP Team shall prioritize protection of the whistleblower at all times and implement the following measures:
1. Strict confidentiality on the whistleblower’s identity
2. Prohibition of disadvantageous measures against the whistleblower (personnel disadvantages, retaliation, etc.)
3. Immediate implementation of protective measures (departmental transfer, change of duties, etc.) if the risk of disadvantageous treatment is detected.
④ In the event that a person reports evidently false information on purpose, the Company may, following a fair process (including investigation and the opportunity for explanation), refer the matter to the HR Committee or impose appropriate disciplinary sanctions as necessary.
⑤ Details concerning procedures of handling reports from a whistleblower and protection measures shall follow the instructions announced separately by the CP Officer through delegation from the CP Committee.

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Data: In principle, the personal data is destroyed without delay after the purposes of collecting and using personal data are achieved.
4. You may object to the collection and use of your personal data but this may result in the restriction of services made available.
