In order to prevent potential risks that may arise under the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act and the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, this handbook sets out explicit guidelines, fostering a transparent, collaborative environment and providing legal safeguards for all our partner companies.

This handbook contributes to implementation of the FTC’s 4 key practices, by prohibiting the abuse of superior bargaining position and ensuring a fair contracting process. As a business partner in full compliance with laws and principles, we aim to build a relationship of trust for mutual growth.
