Employee Grievances
HK inno.N operates a grievance handling system to manage risks related to human rights.
Employees, as well as those without employment status at the company can file a report on suspected human rights violations. The identity of the individual filing the report, along with the content of the report, is kept confidential. Once a formal complaint is filed through the system, HK inno.N makes a dedicated effort to address the case as soon as possible.
